Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 21 October 2026 · English version
These terms explain your use of Click JETRadar and the difference between a search result, a payment and a confirmed travel booking. Read them together with the provider’s terms and our Privacy and Refunds Policies.
1. Who we are
Click JETRadar is an independent online and onsite travel agency and comparison platform. Corporate and registration information is available on our About Us page. We facilitate searches and booking requests through independent providers; airlines, hotels and external booking websites supply the travel services.
We are not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, or operated by Aviasales, Jetradar or Go Travel UN Limited. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Using our website
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not misuse accounts, access another person’s booking without permission, interfere with the website or submit fraudulent payment or travel details. If booking for another traveller, obtain their permission to provide their information and accept the applicable booking terms.
3. Search results, prices and availability
Flight and hotel availability, schedules and prices may change before a provider confirms the booking. A displayed result is not a reservation or a guaranteed fare. Review the final itinerary, baggage, taxes, charges and fare conditions before paying.
Converted display prices are estimates. The payment page states the actual amount and charging currency; your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Regional payment tab labels do not guarantee that every listed method is available or charged in that currency.
AI trip-planner suggestions and budget estimates are not live quotes, confirmed reservations or guarantees of availability. Verify travel recommendations independently.
4. Booking requests and ticket confirmation
Enter passenger names exactly as shown on travel documents, and check dates, destinations, contact information and identification details before submitting. Corrections may require supplier approval and additional charges.
A saved booking reference or successful payment does not by itself mean an airline ticket has been issued or a hotel reservation confirmed. Travel is confirmed only when the relevant provider’s confirmation and, for flights, the issued ticket details have been supplied. Do not use an internal booking reference or QR code as a substitute for an airline-issued ticket.
When you follow an external booking link, you complete the purchase with that website. Its booking, payment, cancellation and privacy terms govern that transaction.
5. Payments
Use only payment methods available at checkout. Stripe and Midtrans provide hosted payment processing for supported transactions. PayPal and regional wallet, QR or transfer options may be displayed as unavailable until connected; a listed logo is not a promise of acceptance.
Do not send card numbers, passwords, security codes or wallet PINs through support chat. If payment succeeds but no supplier confirmation arrives, contact support with your booking reference so the payment and booking can be checked.
6. Traveller responsibilities
You are responsible for checking passport validity, visas, transit rules, entry requirements, health requirements, check-in deadlines and baggage restrictions with official authorities and the operating carrier. Requirements may differ for domestic, international and connecting journeys.
Seats, baggage, insurance and other extras are included only when expressly confirmed by the supplier. Separate tickets and self-transfers may not include protection for missed connections.
7. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Supplier fare or room rules govern voluntary changes and cancellations, subject to applicable consumer law. Our Refunds Policy explains how to request assistance. A refund is not guaranteed merely because a booking is cancelled; do not assume a cancellation is complete until you receive written confirmation.
8. Service limitations and your rights
We aim to provide accurate information but third-party feeds may contain errors, delays or incomplete details. Airlines and hotels control their services, schedules and operational changes. Notify support promptly if information appears incorrect.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms do not replace the obligations of the travel supplier or payment provider.
9. Questions, complaints and updates
Use the website’s support chat to raise a booking issue or complaint and request human assistance. Provide your reference, contact email and a clear description; avoid unnecessary sensitive documents. Corporate addresses are listed on About Us.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date identifies this version; mandatory legal rights continue to apply. Keep a copy of the terms and supplier conditions presented when you book.
