About Click JETRadar
›What is Click JETRadar?
CLICK JETRadar operates as a premier, independent Online-Onsite Travel Agency and flight and hotel comparison platform. Rooted in the Pacific and serving global travellers, we bridge the gap between digital booking technology and localized, personalized travel solutions, primarily for our thousands of islands, villages, tribes and countries in the South Pacific and beyond.
›Who owns Click JETRadar?
Click JETRadar belongs to PAPUAMART.com LIMITED under the umbrella of NIUTIKET.com LIMITED, dedicated to promoting online and mobile-based airline tickets and hotel booking across the South Pacific Islands countries and beyond.
›How do you power flight bookings and searches?
For direct flight bookings we utilize the Duffel API to facilitate direct, real-time airline ticket fulfillment straight through our platform. For global search comparison we are a registered participant in the Travelpayouts Affiliate Network, using secure tracking markers to aggregate and compare external flight and hotel options.
›Are you affiliated with Aviasales or Jetradar?
No. Click JETRadar is an independent operation — not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, or operated by Aviasales, Jetradar, or Go Travel UN Limited. Ticket fulfillment is powered securely via independent API providers like Duffel, and all third-party trademarks, service marks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
Booking & Ticketing
›How do I book a flight?
Search for your route on the Flights page, compare the live fares, and follow the six-step booking: flight details, passengers, contact, review, payment and confirmation. Your booking is saved as soon as you reach payment, so nothing is lost if you need to come back.
›Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Enter the traveller's name exactly as it appears on their passport or national ID, along with their identification type and expiry date. The contact email and phone can be your own so you receive the confirmation.
›How do I receive my ticket?
Once payment is confirmed, your booking is marked paid and your ticket details appear under My Trips. For supported payment methods you can also present the booking QR code at check-in.
›Can I change or cancel my booking?
Changes and cancellations follow the fare rules of the airline and the fare type you chose — these are shown in the Flight Information panel before you pay. Contact our support team through the in-app chat and we will help you with the airline's process.
Payment Methods
›Which payment methods do you accept?
We support card payments via Stripe and Midtrans, PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer, BSP Wantok Wallet, Digicel CellMoni, and booking QR code tickets. Available methods are shown at the payment step of your booking.
›Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Card payments are processed by Stripe or Midtrans on their secure hosted pages — your card details never touch our servers. Bank transfer and wallet payments are confirmed by our admin team before your booking is marked paid.
›I paid by bank transfer or mobile wallet. When will my booking show as paid?
These methods are confirmed manually by our team. Once we verify your payment, your booking is marked paid and appears confirmed under My Trips. If it takes longer than expected, message us in the support chat with your booking reference.
›Which currency will I be charged in?
You can browse prices in your preferred currency using the selector at the top right. Fares are converted for display from US dollars; the final charge is made in the currency shown at the payment step.
Baggage & Travel Documents
›How much baggage is included?
Baggage allowance depends on the airline and fare. Open the Flight Information panel on any search result to see the carry-on and checked baggage included before you book, and add extra baggage with the airline if you need more.
›What identification do I need to travel?
For international travel you need a valid passport; many Pacific routes also require onward tickets or visas depending on your nationality. Domestic travel may accept a national ID. Enter your ID type and expiry date during booking, and check entry requirements for your destination before you fly.
›Do children and infants need their own booking?
Yes. Every traveller, including children, needs their own passenger details. Infants may travel on a parent's lap on many airlines at a reduced fare — check the airline's policy shown in the fare rules.
Regional Routes across the Pacific
›Which Pacific destinations can I book?
We cover routes across Melanesia, Micronesia, Polynesia, Asia and Oceania — from Port Moresby, Jayapura and Honiara to Nadi, Nouméa, Port Vila and beyond — plus worldwide airports. Browse the Promoted Routes page to explore routes by region.
›Which airlines fly these routes?
Our preferred airlines include Air Niugini, PNG Air, Solomon Airlines, Air Vanuatu, Fiji Airways, Aircalin and, for West Papua, Garuda Indonesia, Lion Air, Wings Air, Batik Air, Citilink, Sriwijaya Air, Trigana Air, TransNusa and Susi Air. See the full list on the Preferred Airlines page.
›Why do some remote routes show no fares?
Some inter-island routes are operated by small carriers that do not publish fares to global booking systems. When live fares are unavailable for a route, no results are shown rather than estimated prices. Try a nearby hub such as Port Moresby, Honiara or Nadi, or contact us for help with remote legs.
Customer Support
›How do I contact support?
Use the support chat button on any page. Our assistant answers from our help content and can look up your booking; when it isn't sure, it hands the conversation to a person from our team.
›How do I find my booking?
Open My Trips from the Explore menu to see your bookings, or ask the support chat to look one up with your booking reference and contact email.
›Do you offer onsite assistance?
Yes. As an Online-Onsite agency we combine seamless online booking with supportive onsite assistance for travellers who prefer face-to-face help with ticketing and travel documents.
