Check your phone supports eSIM
Most recent phones accept an eSIM, but the phone must be unlocked to a single carrier. Confirm with your phone provider before you travel.
Choose your destinations and data allowance
Tell us where you are flying and how long you need data, so the plan covers every country on your itinerary.
Install the plan before you fly
You receive an activation QR code and instructions. Installing it at home means your phone is ready the moment you land.
Turn the line on when you arrive
Enable the eSIM line at your destination and select it for mobile data. Keep your home number active for calls and texts.
Good to know
- eSIM plans are usually data-only, so calls and texts still run through your normal number.
- You can share the connection with a laptop or tablet using your phone's hotspot.
- A data plan does not replace roaming charges on your home SIM — keep that line off mobile data while travelling.
